COVID-19 Information and Refund Policy

Wild Things is committed to your safety during in-person events and we want you to be aware of our Covid-19 protocols. COVID-19 vaccination is required for all in-person attendees, presenters, staff, volunteers, and guests at Wild Things 2023.

Per Federal guidance, vaccinated against COVID-19 means that you have completed your primary vaccination series 14 days prior to the event. We join the CDC in encouraging you to stay up-to-date with your boosters.

We will follow recommended local public health guidance on masking at the time of the conference. COVID-19 policies may be updated based on public health guidelines and restrictions that may be implemented or changed between now and when we convene.

Refunds of your admission and any additional purchases will be offered for 14 days after the date of purchase. After that time, refunds will not be available. If you are unable to attend Wild Things 2023 on account of illness or otherwise, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. However, you will be responsible for transferring your ticket and registration. Alternate guests must provide original proof of purchase for entry to Wild Things 2023.

By entering any in-person event you agree that you will assess your health daily before and during the event. Attendees also acknowledge and assume all the risk of contracting COVID-19 at such in-person events and agree to hold the Wild Things Community harmless.
